By 2024, their growth had created a familiar problem: each hospital partner had its own data format, its own hand-off process, and its own interpretation of what "compliant" looked like.

Before DevForces, TwinCore's clinical coordinators moved data between hospital systems using a combination of spreadsheets, email, and shared network drives. Each new hospital added another variant of the process. Staff spent hours re-keying patient and case information, reconciling formats, and chasing missing fields.
The process was not just slow. It was fragile. A single missing field could delay a case. A formatting error could create a mismatch in the downstream record. And because every hospital handled data differently, audit trails were inconsistent, making GDPR compliance harder to demonstrate.
TwinCore's leadership knew that continuing to scale this way would increase risk faster than it increased revenue. They needed a platform that could absorb the complexity of twelve different hospital systems and present one clean, consistent workflow to their own teams.

DevForces began with a two-week discovery phase. We mapped each hospital's data format, identified the fields that mattered for compliance, and defined the exact "definition of done" for each integration. We did not start building until TwinCore and every hospital stakeholder understood what the platform would do and what it would not do.
We then built a custom clinical workflow platform that normalises incoming data from twelve hospital systems into a single, auditable case record. The platform exposes a clean interface for TwinCore coordinators, while behind the scenes it handles format conversion, validation, and logging.
GDPR was not an afterthought. We designed the data model so that personal data is minimised, access is role-based, and every read or write is logged. We built the retention rules into the platform itself, so records are held for the required period and then purged automatically.
Each hospital integration was tested in a staging environment that mirrored the hospital's real data structure. We ran parallel operations with the old manual process until every hospital confirmed the platform was accurate and stable.
One architectural decision made the difference: we separated the data-normalisation layer from the user interface. This means TwinCore can add a thirteenth hospital without touching the coordinator experience, and the compliance layer stays consistent even as formats change.
